In this role you will prepare Apple for IPV6 global events in 2019. You will work with multi-functional teams to ready them for IPv6 rollout.

  • Extensive working experience with IPv6 address space – implementation; migration; collaboration with Key Business Units
  • Influencer, trusted advisor. The ability to understand complex technical operations environments, communicate issues and provide solution approaches to all levels of the organization.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with extraordinary technical, analytical and problem-solving skills


Be the technical lead for IPv6. Craft a core engineering collaboration team. Work with a highly skilled engineering team in the design, implementation and support of IPv6 Collect deployment scenarios Analyze service gaps Get gaps onto roadmaps Embrace common “grades” for governance reporting Implement information repository to document migration of applications/services onto IPv6. Establish and maintain reporting to prioritize and demonstrate success of applications & services migration to IPv6. Drive initiatives for Apple Infrastructure Services spanning networking, data centers, systems, and the applications that use them.

Education & Experience

BS or MS in computer science or related field 12+ years industry experience in lieu of degree
