In this role, you will look after Apple’s Worldwide Channel Sales Programs and will be responsible for the Program Management of Apple Shop in multi-brands environment and Apple Authorized Stores in department stores, Mass Merchants and CES. You will be required to localize, deploy, sustain and grow Apple’s global Channel programs in context of the overall Apple Korea sales strategy. You will also help with New product launches in our channels by forecasting, planning and executing the merchandising refreshes. Channel Sales Programs at Apple are deployed across all key routes to market, including Carrier, Mass Merchant, Consumer Electronics, department, and etc. The programs seek to drive extraordinary customer experience in the channel, incorporating visual merchandizing, fixtures, marketing assets, staffing, training, demo units and content, in-store technology, demand generation, services and more. The success of these programs is dependent upon the coordinated efforts of several key teams within Apple. The Channel Sales Programs team leads the overall plan for, and execution of, these programs. As program manager, you will work closely with Account Sales as well as with cross-functional teams in Korea and Cupertino; including Product Marketing, Channel Marcom, Partner Marcom, Finance, Sales Training, Procurement, Sales Operations, Contracts and Legal. You will also plan and drive program deployment and related budget forecasting and spending as well.
주요 자격 요건
- You should have amazing Retail Marketing experience, especially in international environment is desirable.
- You also possess extraordinary attention to details, together with innovative project management skills and sense of initiative/pro-activeness
- You should also have strong verbal and written communications skills in both Korean and English
- Furthermore, you should possess excellent analytical and presentation skills, as well as a well-rounded personality with fast learning curve
・Maintain a deep understanding of Apple’s corporate and Korea sales strategies, channel marketing strategies and plans. ・Take ownership of end to end plan for applicable Channel Programs, applying the global program principles to the needs of Korea market, through development to deployment and lifecycle management. ・Drive program cross-functionally, across teams within Sales Planning & Operations, Sales, Marcom, Finance, Operations, and Procurement. ・Handle coordinated Program launches to field sales teams and channel partners. ・Lead new product launches cooperating with cross functional teams. Drive process efficiency in the ongoing development and deployment of sales programs. ・Drive ongoing program improvement, based on regional needs, market development, performance evaluation, Apple strategic direction etc.
