Apple’s Internet Software & Services partner operations team is seeking an experienced, thoughtful, and ambitious technical program manager to enable partner integrations and ongoing platform management. We are seeking a future-focused builder who loves to translate business vision into actionable requirements, and then see those projects through to conclusion. You are comfortable in gray, you are creative, you love to understand the ins and outs of an implementation, and you enjoy finding winning resolutions. You have a high level of integrity and sense of urgency to “make things happen”. You can balance the needs of multiple teams and maintain a strong sense of empathy for your partners. You are able to clearly communicate to a group of senior leaders.

  • Experience documenting processes, customer experience, and/or requirements for internal and external partners
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment


Acting as the end-to-end integration owner for new partnerships (leading discussion on best practices, customer experience, and impact of technical implementation decisions) Owning the requirements capturing for new features and partner launches Developing an in-depth understanding of the back-end systems to be able to see around corners and mitigate issues before they occur Supporting day-to-day operational requests from internal and external partners Partnering with finance and reporting teams to improve and grow existing capabilities Transitioning manual processes to automated and scalable ones

Education & Experience

BA/BS required

  • 10% international travel as needed
