In this role you will moderate user study sessions to support the software, firmware and algorithm design and validation of input mechanisms on various hardware products. You will also mentor others as we cultivate magical participant experiences in our studies.

Description

The Senior Facilitator will work cross-functionally with various teams to plan and execute study protocols, assist in study setup, administer surveys, and collect quantitative and qualitative data. You will be an integral player in defining how to provide the best participant experience across our studies. This will include coordinating team resources and vendor involvement as well as leading the team in the development of user study best practices. Responsibilities: - Develop correspondence, recruit and schedule study participants - Own staffing schedules across competing study requests - Cultivate rapport with human factors team to understand key study needs - Identify inefficiencies and streamline project-related databases and processes - Own space utilization and coordinate study environment use, setup, and maintenance - Manage and maintain study documents and electronic data - Use and maintain hardware prototypes - Facilitate one-on-one or large-group sessions individually and as a team - Drive participant experience evolution across Facilitators

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in behavioral sciences or customer-facing professions.
