- Experience developing handwriting or gesture recognition systems
- Understanding of deep learning algorithms and modern machine learning approaches
- Strong software development and debugging skills
- Familiarity with big data development
Handwriting recognition is far from a solved problem. We are in search of an engineer with exceptional experience developing modern handwriting solutions and passionate about defining and developing the future of handwriting systems. On the Input and Intelligence team, you will work on groundbreaking machine learning research and handwriting recognition challenges while contributing to the evolution and future of our user-facing products. Expertise and low-level knowledge of offline and online handwriting analysis, neural networks and other statistical pattern recognition systems is necessary to be successful in this role. Experience handling large datasets and building user-facing applications is considered a plus.
Education & Experience
Ph.D. or MA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- •Experience with iOS and macOS development in Objective-C preferred.
- •Experience with LLVM, Xcode or gnu make is a plus.
