The US Consumer Business Development Team is a newly formed team who will drive the development of strategies and execution of new initiatives across US consumer retail. The Consumer eCommerce and Digital Lead is responsible to own business development related to US eCommerce, digital, and omni-channel initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management consulting, retail and digital sector
  • You have prior experience in developing eCommerce strategies and digital programs, services, and/or experiences
  • Have a deep understanding of the U.S. retail channel, eCommerce partners, and the needs of our end customers
  • You have a passion for eCommerce across digital channels and traditional retailers
  • Ability to communicate effectively by influencing and collaborating across multiple internal and external teams
  • A love for solving problems, the ability to identify challenges, and willingness to provide recommendations
  • You are experienced in creating sustainable growth strategies for customers and partners
  • Demonstrated capacity to work well in a team environment and influence cross-functionally
  • You have stellar strategic, modeling and analytical skills with ability to transform data into actionable insights, business plans, and a long-term vision

Description

- You are a leading contributor to Apple’s short and long term U.S. eCommerce strategy - Analyze business opportunities and develop innovative digital initiatives that promote sales growth for our US eCommerce and omni-channel business partners - You will analyze consumer trends and partner capabilities, identify and articulate an opportunity, build a strategic vision, and then directly support cross-functional teams to build each initiative from the ground up - Responsible for creating a strategic digital and eCommerce vision for each of our partners - You support each account achieve sales growth in alignment with annual sales plans and goals/objectives - Continuously collaborate with partners that include the Worldwide Digital Channel Team, Marcom Team, US Account Executives and external retail partners

Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree required; MBA preferred
