In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the work of the Worldwide Strategic Initiatives and Brand Marketing team(s). The teams are responsible for the design and implementation of strategic vision, optimization, and project management across various channel, brand, and marketing strategies. The Sr. Analyst - Data and Marketing Intelligence will support highly visible initiatives to uncover opportunities and insights that ladder into the overall Beats vision. The ideal candidate will have significant academic and professional experience using quantitative analysis tools to assemble, analyze, and draw conclusions from business and marketing data, including media performance and optimization.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience as an analyst
  • Excellent quantitative reasoning skills; ability to glean useful insights from diverse data sets
  • Experience optimizing global media spend performance
  • Ability to build and analyze marketing mix models
  • Experience creating and maintaining marketing funnel Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop in-depth analysis on business performance and drivers as well as forecasting and targets
  • Build visually compelling dashboards that tell a story
  • Experience with tagging structure and implementation
  • Excellent writing, verbal, presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics, and social listening platforms such as Sysomos/Meltwater
  • Proactive work style and creative problem solver who has the ability to handle multiple projects, and with a strong work ethic
  • MacOS proficiency
  • Experience using Tableau
  • Experience using Numbers or Excel on a Mac
  • Experience with A/B Testing
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience using Adobe & Google Analytics
  • Experience with social listening platforms i.e. Sysomos/Meltwater
  • Experience with modeling
  • Experience with data warehousing
  • Experience using Keynote
  • Experience using SAP/BI and Oracle preferred, but not mandatory


Support brand campaign and performance analytics across digital and social Develop and execute plans for ongoing optimizations, from test pilot to execution to analysis Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations that will help shape the channel marketing roadmap, driving (internal & external) customer adoption and engagement of strategic initiatives Provide ongoing reporting

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree Required Graduate Degree, MBA a plus
