Key Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Apple products and programs such as iCal, Pages, Numbers, Keynote a plus
  • 1 - 5 years experience in a similar role a plus.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs and be comfortable setting up equipment as needed.

Description

Order and maintain stock of misc. office hardware (e.g. power-strips, dongles, mice, keyboards, batteries, etc.) Manage and preserve office supplies (e.g. whiteboard markers, pens, pencils, notepads, etc.) You will support with frequently audit accuracy and maintain floor plans in Apple Directory Welcome, sign in and escort guests to host Facilitate requests and manage iForms for various building maintenance issues Lead day-to-day ad-hoc requests with efficiency and accuracy Distribute and track temporary Department badges for emergency use You will Assist executive admin and managers in juggling conference room availability for ad-hoc requests Own a corporate Amex account for business expenses and submit timely monthly reconciliations to align with Apple policy Handle Shipping & Receiving needs Assist in the process of new hire on-boarding including ordering equipment, name plates, supplies, badge access, and space planning You will help maintain tracking documents of hardware devices You will support all facilities actives for the team, including office moves, team events, etc

Education & Experience

AA degree or higher preferred
