The Employee Experience People Portals team is looking for a web content manager to oversee web content updates for People sites globally. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day content maintenance activities for 45+ countries and will be responsible for a high volume of content updates. You’ll be an adept project manager and communicate effectively with key stakeholders and global business partners. You can see the big picture but will have a keen eye for detail, a knack for collaboration, passion for content integrity and user experience, and the ability to work within a CMS.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience and managing content for high traffic websites
- Experience with content management systems required
- Experience with task management/ticketing system required
- Ability in copywriting and editing
- Organized, articulate, and detail-oriented
- Reliability and efficiency
- Familiarity with HR programs a plus
Description
Oversee the People site weekly publishing operations and coordination with team members and business partners
Manage the intake and prioritization of content change requests via ticket tracking systems (Radar and Agile)
Escalate, reschedule, and reprioritize tickets as needed to maintain a healthy workload for each team member
Lead weekly content team meetings, QA sessions, handoffs to localization, and publishes
Write, edit, and load content in CMS. Work with subject matter experts to develop and update content, articulating key messages in a way users will understand
Assist team leads in planning and resourcing of larger-scale projects
Help onboard and train new team members on the use of our process, tracking system, and CMS
Implements effective processes for content development and quality assurance
Education & Experience
Prefer:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
