How can we make the App Store a place our hundreds of millions of customers will want to visit every single day? We’re hiring people who want to help make that happen. Apple is looking for a senior digital marketer to lead the global paid media strategy for the App Store business. You will run all paid digital campaigns across media channels—SEM, paid social, display, direct, and programmatic advertising. You have experience managing digital performance programs and campaigns for apps and mobile games.

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years in digital performance marketing with focus on mobile user acquisition
  • 5 years in a leadership role, growing and evolving performance marketing organizations
  • Vast experience managing large budgets against growth metrics
  • Ad-tech and mar-tech landscape familiarity
  • Global experience driving highly successful global digital performance marketing programs
  • Experience partnering with external media agencies
  • Deep knowledge of digital media industry
  • Creativity in advertising, problem solving, and story telling to reach audiences and optimize acquisition programs
  • Meticulous organization and project management skills
  • Confident prioritization and delegation skills
  • Clear and effective communication when working cross-functionally
  • Enthusiasm to analyze campaign data with cross-functional teams to improve advertising yields

Description

You will be responsible for the global digital media strategy for the App Store. You will be a member of the larger Digital Marketing team, who collectively work across all Apple Services and digital marketing functions with a very performance-driven ethos. You will represent media’s needs in creative concepting sessions, campaign kickoffs, and leadership meetings related to the App Store. You will own agency briefings, quarterly business reviews, budget planning, and campaign reporting. You’ll partner with channel leads, designers, marketing analysts, etc. to execute and report against your team’s plans. You’ll also work in close partnership with myriad media, technology, agency, and app developer partners. Ultimately, your success will be measured by you and your team’s ability to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement through digital campaigns. You are a hungry, creative, and effective marketer with leadership qualities and a strategic view towards the growth and development of both the service and your team.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
