The position requires a mix of support and scripting skills to successfully manage devices in our lab while assisting on debugging automated test failures and infrastructural issues. You will work alongside engineers to assist in the successful release of future products.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience with scripting languages or administration tools like Python, Bash, or Ansible
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking
  • Experience in administering macOS, ideally at large scale
  • Experience analyzing test results and triaging bugs
  • Experience troubleshooting Apple products, both software and hardware
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize feature work with quick context switching
  • 2+ years of industrial software development experience is a plus


- Contribute to improve Siri’s Engineering productivity by enhancing and implementing internal test infrastructure - Run, maintain and organize lab work spaces and interact with prototypes and components including supporting test setups - Help improve our internal device management tools and implement new features and processes - Use CLI tools and scripting languages to deploy, maintain, and debug remote machines and devices - Organize, manage and track inventory of test equipment and devices - Collaborate with and support local and remote Engineering teams

Education & Experience

AS/BS in a technical field or equivalent experience preferred
