We are seeking a Clinical Research Scientist to oversee the design and execution of clinical studies and to drive our research agenda to develop and validate digital biomarkers and generate evidence to support the value propositions for our products in health. You will collaborate across the Product, Design, Data Science, and Commercial teams in this role and will be responsible for ensuring all studies conducted with our partners are designed and conducted in a clinically rigors way and generate clinically meaningful results.

Key Qualifications

  • - A medical degree and/or PhD with 5+ years experience leading research at the PI-level
  • - Multiple peer-reviewed publications in relevant areas
  • - A robust ability to gather and interpret baseline data, and design studies effective at separating out multiple potential effects
  • - Ability to synthesize clinical research and communicate ideas in oral or written form clearly and concisely to varied audiences
  • - Experience with quantitative analysis methods
  • - Demonstrated writing ability for medical journal publications
  • - Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
  • - Excellent attention to detail
  • - Works well independently and with minimal direction at times
  • - Versatile teammate with affinity for collaborative environment
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


- You will lead the study design process which would include literature reviews and secondary research and manage internal and external partners. - You will draft clinical study protocols and other study materials for IRB submission - You will drive outcomes research strategies and associated studies that support the clinical, economic, and patient-centered value propositions of our Health products - Co-author and prepare abstracts, posters, and presentations for conferences, and manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed medical journals - You will work closely with the data science team to explore large data sets for biomarker discovery and validation, analyze outcomes, conduct endpoint analyses. Interact with Product and Design team to ensure our products are aligned with research objectives. - Present findings at industry and academic conferences - Clearly synthesize and communicate findings and recommendations from research to cross-functional team members
