Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong financial systems skills including SAP & Essbase/BPC
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proven problem solving skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Previous experience within a multinational company preferred

Partnering with Financial Analysts, Operations Managers, & Geo Leads across 12 Geographies, the WW Marcom Financial Analyst will collaborate to conduct monthly financial forecasting, quarterly actuals reporting, and annual business planning for the global organization. The analyst is also responsible for providing timely and accurate financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes, based on thorough and efficient financial data analysis. Strong interpersonal skills are required to develop strong working relationships across the business and finance organizations, including, but not limited to: marketing, shared service centers, HR, facilities planning, legal and tax, sales and marketing finance. The analyst will also continually drive process & tool improvements and standardization for the organization while ensuring systems and procedures are in place to provide financial information and SOX compliance.

Education & Experience

BS or BA (Finance, Accounting, or Economics)
