As an engineer in Applications Tools, you will be part of an internal engineering team building software solutions for many of Apple’s software product teams; from Notes to GarageBand to News and more. We are looking for a macOS/iOS engineer who can design and build applications using Apple’s latest platforms and SDKs. You will be part of every stage of development from concept to deployment. If you’re passionate about building applications that provide a phenomenal user experience through performant and well-tested code, we may be the team for you!

Key Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience building macOS or iOS applications.
  • Proficiency with Xcode and its developer tools.
  • Proficiency with Unix system tools.

Our team builds internal tools supporting a number of Apple product teams. For this role, we’re looking for a hardworking software engineer to join us in the development of our Mac applications using the latest Apple technologies. In this role, you will engage regularly with our internal customers for everything from user surveys and design feedback, to issue triage and support. One of our most important measures of success is our customer’s trust in our team and solutions to keep their work moving fast. We are a full-stack team that collaborates multi-functionally with infrastructure, test automation, QA, project management, and product engineering teams. We’re looking for someone with an enthusiasm for Apple’s technology that wants to deliver high quality user experiences, someone who pays attention to the details. We value learning, pair programming, and teaching each other and hope you do too.

Education & Experience

B.S./M.S. in Computer Science OR equivalent degree/experience
