The Operations Project Manager supports Team Leads on key materials and reports preparation, long-term planning, and processes that support the group’s mission.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience in Project Management work
  • Must be a self starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload
  • Excellent visual presentation skills required. Must be comfortable with Keynote and Pages


The Operations Project Manager will improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization’s mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. Overview of Responsibilities: Play a role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence Support Operations Team Manager with preparation and dissemination of key reports including: Retail Roll Out Development Roll Out Two Year Plan Five Year Plan RE&D Bi Weekly Newsletter Store Opening Reports Support Director with trip and key meeting preparation and materials Templates and Processes: Create and manage WW templates and process documents Communication: Communicate between multiple departments and vendors

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Project Management We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive thinker who can think strategically and stay connected to our customers.
