The Worldwide Accessories Strategy & Business Development team is seeking a seasoned Administrative professional to support global efforts to grow the Apple-branded Accessories category with new and existing reseller partners. We are a nimble group of professionals focused on rapidly growing the accessories business at Apple and building cross-functional competencies for continued success. We engage directly with Apple’s largest resellers worldwide to build deeper partnerships, accelerate sell-thru, and ensure Apple customers have access to the essential branded accessories they need to unlock the value of hero devices. To support this effort, our team works closely with the sales, demand planning, operations, finance, legal, and marketing organizations worldwide to define the holistic strategy, design extraordinary offers and incentive programs, develop essential channel assets, handle supply availability, and ensure the successful launch of new products.

Key Qualifications

  • You have 3+ years experience as an Executive Admin supporting multiple leaders
  • You have 3+ years running projects and programs
  • You have excellent organizational skills with an ability to lead simultaneous projects
  • You problem solve creatively to complete complex assignments with very little guidance and direction
  • You have juggled multiple deadlines, schedules, planned meetings and are accustomed to supporting executives with very demanding schedules
  • You are calm and confident during high stress situations, experienced in handling confidential and sensitive materials with discretion
  • You are inventive, creative and solution oriented in ambiguous situations
  • You advocate for your decisions and can say "no" to support your executives's schedule when needed
  • You have collaborated laterally across multiple organizations while using your influencing skills
  • You are experienced in expense report management
  • You have experience with Apple technology, including Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Excel, Word, and other productivity tools
  • You are able to use your research skills, independently seek out and summarize key insights on challenges that will arise

Description

The Project Manager will principally be responsible for leading the program efforts for our global teams to drive sales of Apple-branded accessories, including management of weekly business reviews and executive reporting. You will be required to plan and coordinate schedules between international teams and customers. Additionally, the Project Manager is ambitious, actively pursuing new and unique projects as the team grows and evolves. In this role, you will support and schedule and plan weekly/bi-weekly business review process between the WW Accessories Sales organization and cross-functional partners. An added responsibility will include handling the administrative support for executive reporting and integration with other sales processes.

Education & Experience

You have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
