- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
- Exceptional programming skills in at least C or C++; polyglots preferred

Education & Experience
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Experience with ASR systems in multiple programming languages Familiar with speech recognition toolkits (HTK, Attila, Kaldi, SRILM, OpenFST, etc) Interested in machine learning and natural language processing
