Description

Annotation Ops team is seeking a highly-motivated professional to develop, review, implement and monitor annotation processes. You will study customer data requirements, decompose and build incremental workflows, gather and prioritize the corresponding tool requirements and work with Engineers to develop, test/pilot and deploy the processes at scale in Production environment. You will observe operations, interpret performance metrics/output data, and explore opportunities for improvement. You will build and run prototypes for process/tool designs, debug failures, propose solutions to both Eng and Customer, and iterate till an optimal process/tool solution is ready for deployment. You will document the process and all further changes to support RCAs for process failures. This is a highly reciprocal position that requires working with Engineering, Quality, Training and Production Ops to deliver premier solutions. Social skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are essential for this role. Applicants should thrive in dynamic, high-pressure situations and welcome critical-thinking opportunities. Strong written communication skills are a requirement when devising solutions in collaboration with editing, products and engineering teams.

Education & Experience

Bachelor or above in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
