The Apple Services Product and Design team is looking for an experienced senior producer with extraordinary project management skills, and strong technical and creative ability, to partner with Product Management and other cross-functional teams on upcoming amazing product launches. Key Qualifications

  • You bring 7+ years as a senior producer or program manager in tech, media or digital entertainment
  • Top-notch organization and prioritization skills
  • Shown ability to influence at all levels, with excellent oral and written communication
  • Deep familiarity with Apple’s ecosystem of media products and services
  • You are experienced with technical user documentation or functional specs
  • Aptitude for grasping complex concepts and learning new technology and software quickly
  • Experience in product management, creative operations or UX is a plus


As part of the Product and Design Creative Ops organization, you’ll work across Apple’s suite of media products and services. You’ll collaborate with Product Management, HI Design, Business and Engineering teams to understand and define project parameters — and coordinate product roadmaps and requirements accordingly. You will collaborate on functional documents that help engineering understand how product features should fit together, and assess and manage the impact on cross-functional partners including editorial, production, localization, marketing and PR. You’ll run a tight ship; comfortable juggling numerous competing priorities, while remaining a strong advocate for an exceptional user experience — ensuring that the end product is delivered on time and meeting everyone’s expectations. Additionally, you’ll drive operational process, workflow and standards for the Product Management teams, and play an important role in preparing for product demos, executive reviews, keynote events, and press briefings. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - End-to-end program management - Coordinating and maintaining product documentation - Managing large cross-functional project meetings - Tracking and communicating project milestones and scope changes - Running functional demos and product reviews - Coordinating Product and Design deliverables for keynotes, press briefings, and launch events - Constantly optimizing process, workflow, and communication, in a fast-paced and demanding environment Strong fundamentals are a basis, but you have more.
