We want people who want to help make that happen, are you interested in joining our Cupertino based team? We are seeking a Marketing Partnerships Manager to join our global App Store team. As a Partnerships Manager on our Marketing team, you will run programs with partners that focus on driving customer engagement with the App Store. As a part of the Growth & Partnership Marketing team you will identify and lead partnerships that line up with the overall strategy of the business. You love working with partners and have experience finding opportunities and to drive mutually beneficial results. You will bring extensive strategic partnership experience, strong analytical skills and have a knack for influencing cross-functional partners internally. You are a leader in partnerships, ideation, crafting, pitching, selling and driving standout, never been done before programs that will elevate and drive the App Store value.

Key Qualifications

  • You have 7-10 years marketing with partners and/or business development experience
  • You're experienced with working with leading consumer brands and app developers
  • You have a proven track record in the delivery of impacting business results through partnerships across various teams
  • Possess a strategic mindset that will deliver inspiring and creative programs that align with business objectives
  • You are experienced in building pilot programs with a test & learn approach
  • Your success working cross-functionally across multiple disciplines including marketing, analytics, editorial, design, production, etc are parts of your toolkit
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills including a track record of selling programs to senior leadership
  • You have an astute knowledge of the global app ecosystem including a deep understanding of mobile games
  • You are ambitious, highly motivated, a seasoned and strategic digital marketing manager with experience in premier consumer organizations
  • An autonomous problem-solver who understands how to drive critical metrics for the App Store business

Description

You are tasked with leading and developing marketing partnerships, internally and externally, that will extend our reach and drive our business. You have good level of expertise in planning, prioritizing and goal setting including handle multiple projects, determine project urgency, create detailed action plans and organize schedules, people and tasks. We seek someone who is data driven; you will be responsible for the definition, launch and success of partner marketing programs with internal and external partners. Your responsibility is focused on partnerships, driving impactful and inviting customer behavior driving traffic, downloads and billings within the App Store. You will evaluate the competitive digital landscape, and look for opportunities to innovate. You execute rapidly to capture and continuously iterate on ways to improve developer partnerships and increase customer growth. You are deeply curious and will figure out ways to identify key opportunities and ability to develop experiment driven ideas.

Education & Experience

B.S./B.A. Required, MBA preferred
