You will be able to independently lead multiple complex service and refurbishment-related projects that may span systems, geographies and functions within Apple.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading supply chain business projects

  • Experience in Hi-tech Operations or Service supply chain planning
  • Service supply chain experience in forecasting, planning, inventory management, and warehousing would be considered an asset

Description

In this role you will manage discrete projects related to operational strategy, planning and execution that will support Apple to execute best-in-class supply chain models. You will also lead projects from cradle to grave, providing cost-benefit analyses and return on investment analyses, along with project status to the business leaders - Drive worldwide product and strategic service readiness activities across multiple functional groups in Apple including Marketing, Finance, Retail and Sales. - Liaison for AppleCare to other organizations within Apple to facilitate major process or systems improvements (e.g., OEMs, warehouse management, retail, supply chain design, carrier/3rd party programs) - Analyze and revamp daily planning processes to enhance productivity - Work closely with the internal planning and readiness teams to ensure appropriate synchronization of efforts with business team (SDM/Sales) - Proven expertise building complex economic models using strong financial modeling skills for Service Programs

Education & Experience

B.S. degree in related field plus 5-7 years of related experience, or advanced degree plus 3-5 years of related experience. MBA strongly preferred.
