We build and lead great Enterprise channel and carrier sales teams. We assemble the right people, motivate and enable them with the right tools, and support their collaboration. We provide leadership building the strategies and plans that tenaciously initiate new, diverse customer relationships and inspire them on a business transformation journey. We ensure the plans are developed in conjunction with our strategic Apple channel resellers, carriers and third party solution providers, providing solutions across multiple customers and industries. We operationalize territory plans with channel and carrier sales teams and technical teams focused on maintaining customer relationships, expanding current Apple’s market share through out the reseller and carrier install base. We own the delivery of sales results for the region, including forecasting accuracy, refreshing install base, reseller growth contribution, market penetration, competitive takeout and opportunity management. We identify high growth customers to graduate to US Major Account segments for increased Apple resources and support. We orchestrate effective reseller and carrier QBRs with channel sales leaders. We follow through to ensure all commitments are met and problems resolved.
Education & Experience
You have experience in leading a customer support organization that balanced delivering on short-term goals, while creating sustainable value for new customers, and demand for the future. Or you bring at least 5 years of experience leading an Enterprise Inside Sales organization. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
