In this role, you will handle a variety administrative and project coordination functions. You’ll collaborate with internal customers, team members, cross-functional partners, and vendors.

Key Qualifications

  • 2 + years’ experience in an administrative support, project coordinator, or managed print role
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, FileMaker, Excel, Pages, Calendar, and Mail is preferred
  • Quick learner with a strong, can-do attitude
  • You have the willingness to learn and take on responsibility
  • You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Follow-up and follow-through on tasks to ensure completion
  • You have the ability to multi-task and establish priorities including daily re-prioritizing
  • You are responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls
  • You are resourceful and adaptable to changing needs
  • You are a self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities
  • You work well under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects
  • You have excellent customer service and communication skills—both verbal and written
  • You must be comfortable collaborating with all levels of the organization and working cross functionally
  • Basic understanding of managing printers for an enterprise is a plus

Description

You will perform tasks such as these: Handling/delivering printer supply requests for lost toners across Santa Clara Valley Maintaining current records in the global printer database Receiving printer deliveries and pickups Ensuring data destruction occurs in accordance with Apple InfoSecurity guidelines Managing toner inventory levels Researching and resolving printer database discrepancies Reviewing reports and raising issues to Print Program Manager as appropriate Manage the department’s email inbox and work with department manager on assigning actions to the team 60% on site, 40% local off site You will become well-versed in these processes: eApproval for building access Building walkthroughs to validate printer locations Recycling Apple-owned printers RMA pickups Assembly of BadgeReader Kit Printer Custodian changes Move requests Validating data Receiving and accepting deliveries Creating shipping labels for items sent to remote sites outside Santa Clara Valley Ordering, installing, mailing, and hand delivering toner

Education & Experience

AA/AS degree required, BA/BS degree preferred
