The Channel XF team within Apple’s Worldwide Marketing Communications group is responsible for the strategic alignment, cross-functional integration and execution of all Marketing Communications initiatives for Channel moving through Marcom. Our team acts as a single point of integration for all Channel deliverables across functional groups within Marcom (Brand, Planning, Studio Functions, Channel, Geo Marketing) and Apple (Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Planning & Operations, Product Operations) to drive extraordinary work. As our Platforms Project Manager on the Channel XF team you will drive the upfront project planning and manage the subsequent operational execution (project schedules, deliverables tracking, content handoff) of all Channel Platform deliverables (physical and digital) moving through the Marcom Studio.

Description

You will set up project file organization including briefs, schedules, reference material, specifications, and legal requirements. Train team members on server organization, file naming, and routing procedures and workflow. You open and update all projects in database and facilitate accurate feedback and tracking. We update the deliverable tracking tool and team disclosures in our internal project management tool, Planet Own and publish weekly Geo project tracker and run monthly Geo VC status calls You'll initiate and run weekly internal Channel Status with Channel Cross-Functional Leads, gathering inputs, coordinating documentation, tracking, and circulation to all relevant teams Coordinate with all functional leads, producers, and Marketing Program Manager's to track key achievements and status for all Channel initiatives across all products. You will partner with functional producers and MPMs to gather all final copy, assets, and images You handle end-to-end tracking and delivery of all worldwide assets to our global partners for localization

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree and significant experience encompassing project and operational management in a creative organization Experience working in a global organization or with global clients
