If so, keep reading…The Apple Search Ads Sales Trainer will work with sales leaders to identify training needs and create instructor-led, computer-based, and virtual training using cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions. You will challenge learners’ understanding through relevant activities, author measurable learning objectives, and develop materials that promote transfer, retention, and application. You’ll work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quality, creativity, and accountability are tradition.

Key Qualifications

  • 3-5 years sales/account management training experience in B2B, tech or other knowledge intensive field
  • Experience developing sales training curriculum for search, media, technically dense and/or data oriented products
  • Experience leading front of the room trainings and delivering curriculum across sales and account management teams
  • An organized, methodical personality and excellent communication skills are crucial
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in the mobile app space, search and/or performance marketing along with start-up experience is preferred


Work closely with Search Ads leadership team to create and execute in-person and online training curriculum for internal Search Ads staff. Create and deliver product training to external partners and clients. Support new product launches with training plans to help drive client adoption. Partner with and support Sales Managers in driving improved sales performance within their teams. Conduct training sessions, to advance both technical and client engagement excellence. Create a scorecard system and staff rotation program to assess training material quality and delivery effectiveness

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
