We are looking for a dynamic, highly-motivated Field Staff Program Manager for our regional team based in Miami, reporting into the ALAC Sales Planning & Operation Director. The Field Staff Manager will be responsible for strategizing, planning, delivering, running and monitoring outstanding staffing programs across key Latin America countries, covering all channels (carrier, retailer, resellers) and Apple product lines. The position demands an​ understanding of the Apple field and partner staffing needs and of the advocacy opportunities. It will require constant and close communication with Regional Training and Communications, Country Staffing, Country Training, and WW support teams to be successful. Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience of working in a consumer-focused and/or retail sales environment (Mobility/Telecom market experience will be preferable)

Description

- Partner with country leaders, field and worldwide teams to define best Apple and partner strategy to ALAC - Build & maintain positive, precise and timely communications with the critical teams needed for staffing programs: regional training & communications, regional finance, country Apple Customer Experience Program leads and country training teams - You will constantly look for innovative ways to keep the staffing team engagement and advocacy levels - Establish sustaining program governance and cadence to be followed by country staffing teams: yearly strategy plan, training, engagement and ad-hoc needs (eg. NPI) - Establish and maintain the metrics (eg. Return On Investment​, SEED engagement, sales uplift, etc.) that are consistent across the countries - Closely monitor the performance of the program, making adjustments when needed, including expansion and territories optimization - Be the one responsible to cascade all decisions and projects info to the staffing country teams - Continuously challenge local, regional and WW teams to keep program consistency while sharing best practices within ALAC and other Geos - Lead program budget in collaboration with Finance and drive execution within an approved budget - Be the focal point for WW People & Programs for new projects and special requests

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree preferred MBA or equivalent degree is a plus
