- Experience in Manufacturing, Process Engineering or Product Development
- Results oriented mentality and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management.
- Technical expertise and prior OEM or Depot management experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30-35%.
The Operations Program Manager (Worldwide Regionalization OPM) will be responsible for managing the launch of products on time, with high quality and maximum customer availability. This role is pivotal to the dynamic launch and management of Apple’s products and valuable post-pack services. In this role, you will be a leader and facilitator. The ideal candidate is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented. They should excel in program/project management; communicate with ease at all levels; thrive in an ambiguous environment and be adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. Furthermore, we lead within worldwide Operations and collaborate with the core product development teams and other functional organizations within Apple. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead the Operational Regionalization of Post Pack value services in all Geo regions • Drive product ramp readiness with engineering, operations and OEM teams. • Plan capacity and lead factory equipment development and budgeting • Handle component and material readiness to ensure part availability, quality and cost. • Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams. • Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality • Lead all communications, upward and downward through the organization; raising key issues and options for resolution with executive teams.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred. Masters or MBA are considered a plus.
