You’ll help provide legal support for all our products and businesses across the globe. Together with your team, you’ll provide the critical support needed worldwide for all Apple products and businesses. We are looking for a hardworking attorney to support Apple’s sales organization. The role is focused on Apple’s growing commercial businesses.
- Ideally 5-7 years of experience.
- Experience with complex commercial negotiations required.
- Familiarity with issues related to commercial sales agreements a plus.
- Experience with both formal dispute resolution and conflict resolution required.
- Transactional health deal experience a plus
- Strong client relation and collaboration skills essential.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising and counseling the business on a wide range of issues related to the direct and indirect sale of products and services to institutional customers and partners. You will be involved in every aspect of the customer or partner life-cycle from commercial negotiations to deal execution to conflict resolution. You will be drafting and negotiating strategic commercial agreements with diverse corporations. You will also work as a member of the broader legal team supporting Apple’s sales teams in the United States and around the world.
Education & Experience
JD or equivalent from a top-tier law school and excellent academic credentials.
