- Experience conducting interviews in a corporate or law enforcement environment.
- Excellent writing, communication and diplomacy skills.
- Self-starter who can gain familiarity with new processes and technologies with minimal assistance.
- Prior work in an overseas environment or on cases with a foreign angle a plus.
Apple seeks an experienced attorney to join our unique, passionate and accomplished team of investigators. We partner with business units across Apple and are directly responsible for investigating a wide range of issues, including trade secret theft, internal and external leaks of Apple confidential information, fraud and cyber intrusions. As part of our team you will: - Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting complex investigations either on an in-house investigations team or on behalf of a government agency. - Respond to emergent events, issues and other business requests. - Write investigative reports and deliver executive briefings. - Engage with law enforcement and regulators. You will impact some of the most critical and complex issues in Apple’s security apparatus as you apply your investigative findings: - Partner with internal business groups to identify and solve systemic vulnerabilities. - Provide counsel and retain and manage outside counsel, on occasion, related to investigation matters. - Write policies and develop best practices related to security.
Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree JD and membership in State Bar
