This role will play a critical role in both sustaining and new product introduction (NPI) service cost modeling. The candidate will partner closely with NPI Readiness Engineering, Operations, Planning, Procurement and Business Intelligence to determine failure rates, costs and service strategy. This position will also support ad-hoc cost analysis and operational improvement projects. The role requires a highly motivated teammate who has strong analytical skills, great attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple teams to meet hard deadlines. Candidate must have great communication skills and have demonstrated the ability to partner with organization members to drive process/system improvements.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other relevant field of study CPA or MBA is preferred
