Apple Travel & Meetings is a global organization that is responsible for the strategic and operational excellence of all travel and meeting and event related activities for all divisions within the company. As a key pillar within Finance at Apple, we ensure supplier coverage, logistical oversight, data analytics and technology platforms and offer best-in-class travel and meeting services. We are searching for an individual to create and lead travel and meetings strategy for entertainment divisions within Apple. Reporting in to the global leader of Apple Travel & Meetings, the ideal candidate is someone who has a broad understanding of the entertainment industry and travel. In addition, someone with a passion for developing strong cross-functional relationships and thrive working in a fast-paced environment. This newly created role requires someone who can provide quality strategic recommendations and flawless execution of plans. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure the delivery of concierge-level service delivery of Travel for Cast, Crew, Talent, and beyond. Must have a proven track record in the industry and come with the ability to leverage past experiences in the travel entertainment field to deliver amazing results.

Key Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years within the travel entertainment business
  • Ability to remain highly composed in a fast-paced environment with opposing priorities
  • Strong project management, organizational, and creative thinking skills, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines while under pressure
  • Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity and trust, can quickly develop relationships with a wide variety of cross functional and global colleagues
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and socialize ideas across functions
  • Independent and self-sufficient, able to excel within autonomy and ambiguity
  • Extraordinary communication skills both verbal and written


- Own relationships with key leaders within the entertainment divisions at Apple and gain a seat at the table for strategic conversations involving travel logistics - Perform due diligence, negotiations and provide strategic recommendations to the travel and meetings management team - Work closely with Regional Travel Managers and Global Travel Manager to ensure travel program optimization including identifying the best portfolio fit, identify overlaps and gaps, compliance, performance against goals, savings analysis, opportunities, risks and traveler engagement - Sourcing, negotiations and vendor management for preferred Production travel agencies, where required. - Closely collaborate with Regional Travel Managers on management and bookings of large group contracts for publicity, production, special events, premieres and group travel arrangements. Support in the negotiation and manage large room block contracts for productions, special events, premieres, etc. as needed. - Partner closely with Apple Travel data and reporting team to assist in strategic analysis - Domestic and international travel as needed

Education & Experience
