If so, keep reading ! We are looking for a hardworking email marketing specialist experienced in running email campaigns to drive advertiser acquisition, on-boarding, engagement, and retention. In this role you will apply your collaboration skills and work closely with other marketing managers to influence and execute campaign and contact strategies. You will create campaign optimization plans and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate is well-versed in industry email best practices and experienced using leading email platforms.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience running end to end email marketing or CRM programs.
  • Experience developing and implementing A/B and multi-variate testing strategies.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with marketing automation systems or customer databases to support segmentation criteria.
  • Ability to adapt to constant change and work effectively in a fast pace environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent teammate.

Description

Manage email marketing communications spanning the customer lifecycle including acquisition, on-boarding, growth, and retention. Leverage and build email best practices to create a best in class email program. Define business requirements for product and engineering teams to build new features and capabilities for email platform. Write creative briefs to communicate objectives and requirements for the creative team. Engage with data insights teams to analyze performance and drive targeting and segmentation efforts for campaigns. Create reports and produce detailed campaign analysis to inform business teams including marketing and product management. Partner with marketing operations team to execute campaign plans. Create and maintain email communications calendar.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent.
