This high visibility position will work closely with contract manufacturers and internal teams to negotiate pricing and other commercial terms. You will also be responsible for the management of critical operational data.

In this exciting role, you will develop and lead the service pricing models for multiple products and contract manufacturers (CMs). You will also compare pricing model results to CM quotes and reconcile any discrepancies. Other areas of responsibility include: Commercial Negotiations: Coordinate all pricing, claims and ad-hoc requests from the CMs. Formulate negotiation strategies to resolve any disputes. Drive disputes to closure. Operational Data: Manage and audit operational data and use in the development of pricing models. Partner with other CMs and internal teams to problem solve and develop new ways of ensuring data quality and integrity. Process Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement. Work to optimize pricing processes in a dynamic environment to reduce overall cycle time and improve visibility and alignment. - Primary commercial contact with iPhone service contract manufacturers for cost, contract, service relationship and business process issues - Develop cost optimization strategies and execution plans based on competitive benchmark, metrics alignment and process innovations - Review and scrub monthly service quotes based on material recycle rate performance and manufacturing agreements - Partner with cross functional team and ensure service continuity of supply - Support NPI process with vendor evaluation and site selection - Plan, organize and execute Quarterly Business Reviews - Provide service procurement support for other strategic cross functional projects

Education & Experience

Masters in Supply Chain Management preferred
