The WW Digital Channel Team drives the development of digital strategies across Apple channels. It is creating a consistent brand experience in the digital world, whether it is on a partner’s website or on global marketplaces or on social commerce. The WW Digital Channel Team serves as the center of expertise on eCommerce and will be instrumental in unlocking Apple’s potential in maximizing customer experience, brand presence and sales growth across digital channels. We are seeking a Digital Strategy and Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate combines outstanding business insight and communication skills with excellent quantitative skills. The successful candidate must be high-energy, proactive, passionate about eCommerce and able to thrive in a fast-moving, complex environment. This person will function as a partner to the Global CX team using data / KPI analysis to develop insights to drive sales growth, positively impact and constantly measure customer experience, and increase product awareness on Digital Platforms. This person must be skilled at building and maintaining cross functional relationship as she/he will work closely with third party data analytics providers and teams across Apple.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of web, eCommerce and/or digital advertising analytics
  • Expertise in customer segmentation and digital marketing
  • High level of business insight. Retail/eCommerce industry knowledge required.
  • Experience with using attribution and financial models to drive actionable changes and insights
  • Led 3rd party vendor relationship and significant experience setting up requirements for and managing vendor/contractor relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in using analysis to drive actions throughout the eCommerce funnel
  • Expertise in maximizing SEO, SEM, and digital marketing results using KPIs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence others
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present analysis/insights to senior management
  • Previous experience with Amazon, similar marketplaces or online consumer electronics retailer a plus

Description

Constantly pursue ways to improve the customer experience and drive sales using analytics to find opportunities and developing a deep understanding of our customer behavior on eCommerce Platforms Use data analysis to partner with Global CX team to develop strategy to optimize the customer experience and provide a best in class Apple experience on a third party platform; standardize measurement of performance Transform business questions into actionable analysis that yields insights for improving the CX, optimizing search, and driving incremental sales Analyze digital performance and campaigns throughout the customer journey/funnel; identify, size and prioritize areas for opportunity Be able to lead a virtual team made of internal and external players Lead third party analytics vendor(s) to employ data science/analysis to grow our business and develop operational models that assist in business decision making Integrate disparate data sources to form a cohesive picture around the performance of our online programs Synthesize and effectively communicate findings across a wide variety of audiences

Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

Additional Requirements

  • Advanced Excel and Keynote/Presentation skills required. Experience with Tableau is a plus
