As a PD Engineering Program Manager in the iPhone wireless power group, you will be part of the team that creates wireless power accessories. You will have the opportunity to witness new technologies as they are being developed. It will then be your task to work in collaboration with a group of hardworking engineers to drive their integration into Apple’s products. This role will challenge your ability to master technical information of multi-functional issues and to handle their impact on the program goals. It will also test your attention to detail and critical solving skills as you steer the execution of the program plan.

Key Qualifications

  • BS ME degree or equivalent 2+ years of project management experience preferred Technology product development experience preferred Driven to achieve program goals through ambiguity and challenges Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with vendors, peers, and executives Strong technical fundamentals in order to understand and effectively lead design issues Experience with mechanical manufacturing processes and injection molding a plus Experience with electronics development & PCB releases a plus Ability to travel internationally to support build events

Description

Lead multi-functional development teams to meet product design schedule Drive progress and convergence for mechanical design lock and prototype bring-up Facilitate and track failure analysis and mitigation Work with cross function teams for vendor selection and tool design Manage supplier tooling schedules and work to enable prototype builds Effectively use internal systems for build configurations and unit allocation
