The candidate will join an advanced technology project to develop technology for future generation products.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in development of electrical and electro-optical tests and measurement systems
  • Proven experience in developing, debugging and integrating test programs for Teradyne ATE equipment (UltraFLEX, J750) using IG-XL Software
  • Experience in IC device characterization; development of methodology and implementation of baseline test, reliability test, acceleration test, etc
  • Broad knowledge and experience in operation of automatic wafer probers, ATE characterization/production test solutions, electro-optical device test equipment
  • Proficient in developing software to solve engineering problems (Labview, Python, Matlab, etc.)
  • Experience in working with central database and doing statistical analysis using JMP
  • Experience in maintaining gauge R&R studies, golden samples, SPC
  • Excellent critical analysis, statistical analysis, and reasoning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams


Responsible for developing and implementing characterization and testing solutions for IC and integrated systems Develop user friendly interfaces for use by operators, technicians, and engineers Maintain SPC control of test equipment Participates in transfer of processes and know-how to and from outside partners Works closely with R&D teams to ensure accurate and sufficient test data is being collected and available in user-friendly format Writes and implements operating procedures and work instructions Trains and coaches technicians and operators Responds to daily tactical lab issues Ensure effective communication between operators and technicians on different shifts (pass-down) Keeps abreast of technical literature and industrial know-how

Education & Experience

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
