Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a high performance and high growth organization
  • A hands-on financial leader with experience in a fast-paced, global and matrix environment, who will serve as a knowledgeable and trusted partner for the AMR Retail leadership teams
  • Proven ability to partner and influence cross-functionally to identify, evaluate and execute strategic priorities, operational opportunities and growth initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills with the presence to effectively set and communicate vision and direction in an unstructured, evolving, ambiguous and geographically diverse environment
  • Proven ability to advise and challenge others while building and maintaining positive working relationships across organization levels and functional boundaries
  • Experience crafting cross functional solutions that incorporate multiple and competing points of view and embrace meticulous attention to detail
  • Commercially minded with the ability to drive entrepreneurial physical and digital retail business models in established and new markets
  • Agile and responsive to dynamic business environments, with an ability to think and partner cross-functionally to tackle complex problems
  • Develop and promote financial acumen and accountability across the organization
  • Commitment to lead, motivate and develop a dynamic team of high performing finance professionals that are responsible for financial and business analyses that support all aspects of Apple Retail’s AMR operations — from strategic initiatives to daily operations

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive finance leader who can think strategically yet stay connected to our customers. The ideal candidate possesses a high level of integrity, creativity, initiative, accountability, communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to teamwork and excellence. Based in Cupertino, this role will lead and develop Apple Retail’s AMR Finance team. The team supports the over 30K Apple Retail team members across North and South America. Together, these teams serve over 750M annual visitors that generate over $23B in annual sales across four countries.

Education & Experience

BS/BA or equivalent in business or related field MBA Preferred
