The AMP Digital Supply Chain Engineering Team is seeking a strategic problem solver who excels at tactical execution, loves to solve problems and has an uncanny knack for process optimization and transformation. Supporting internal tools used 24/7 by global Apple Teams, you will be responsible for implementing strategies, tools and processes that enable the business to grow, increase efficiencies, and drive innovation while improving customer experience.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Sophisticated quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Demonstrates outstanding written and oral communication skills with the ability to get along with internal customers and external partners in a professional manner
  • Capability to influence partners and work closely with them to determine acceptable solution
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in crafting business and engineering specifications
  • Experience of documenting process maps and identifying optimizations

Description

Leads ongoing reviews of as-is business process and identifies optimizations Partners with Business Teams to define product vision and roadmap Data analysis to advise solutions (e.g. usage, performance) Sets, maintains and measures product critical metrics Documents existing technical solutions, owners and product offerings Maps requirements to solutions and coordinates review of approaches Writes user stories when required Produces functional specifications Produces and maintains business rule documentation Ensures consistent usability standards for all applications and testing where required Manages rollout plan for new features/applications (release notes, training, documentation) in partnership with Business Leads Manages customer facing technical product documentation and collaborates with Business Leads on user documentation

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or relevant industry experience is required.
