Apple’s Hardware Engineering organization is looking for an inventive, client focused Lab Services Project Coordinator to assist with engineering lab equipment order processing, receiving, inventory, and invoicing. You are a confident organizer who can prioritize tasks, follow up with users, vendors and track details across multiple teams to provide excellent service and enable precise execution.

Responsibilities: • Raise CapEx purchase requests in the eApproval system, follow up all the approval process until purchase order is issued to vendor • Setting up meeting reminders to rental equipment users for rental returns or renewals and avoiding pre commits • Review invoices prior to having goods received posted by Authorized Requestor. • Entering new equipment in equipment inventory database. • Notifying the appropriate end user that equipment has been received and asset tags sent. • Requesting invoices from vendors • Review purchase orders that required manual closing and have Apple employee close the purchase request • Processing fixed asset tags which includes: requesting, updating of databases, creation of record in Engineering Asset Management system, sending tags to the equipment owners

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree and 2+ years of industry experience
