The AppleCare Strategic Planning Business Development team is seeking an experienced and resourceful AppleCare Quality Program Manager to help drive quality management initiatives and performance across our sales programs.

Key Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with multiple global partners
  • Dynamic and highly motivated, with the enthusiasm to drive issues to closure
  • Tech savvy and able to grasp new processes at a rapid pace
  • Background in --or understanding of-- quality, commerce flows, ERP and CRM systems.
  • Rich experience communicating with and presenting to all levels of management as well as across project teams, key partners and executive management
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment to quickly and effectively identify issues with systems and processes and recommend the appropriate solutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong business insight and ability to influence across multiple organizations including executive management
  • Shown ability to set expectations, meet deadlines and ensure accountability to achieve key breakthroughs
  • Deep knowledge of AppleCare products, processes and lines of business is a plus

Description

As the AppleCare Quality Program Manager, you will have responsibility for developing and implementing the quality systems for our sales platforms, working with several Apple teams on a cross-functional basis to review key performance indicators, find opportunities, and develop and implement solutions. You will also work closely with several cross-functional teams including BPR, IS&T, and Finance. Education & Experience

Bachelor degree required; MBA a plus
