Apple’s Operations Supplier Responsibility team is seeking a Responsible Minerals Sourcing Manager who will lead a team to strategize and carry out Apple’s best-in-class Responsible Materials Management program, with an emphasis on primary-sourced minerals. Apple's compliance with Dodd-Frank Section 1502 forms the foundation of the work, but Apple’s efforts go well beyond legal compliance — Apple goes deep in the supply chain to protect the people in our supply chain and the planet we all share. In addition to managing the Responsible Minerals Management program, the individual in this role will drive cross-functional programs related to recycling. Deep subject matter expertise in third-party certification schemes and industry processes is required, along with the ability to develop strategies; make data driven solutions; and innovate.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE - BA degree in relevant field - At least 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field such as supply chain management, responsible sourcing, or supply chain technologies - Decision-making experience in a corporate due diligence program, including Dodd-Frank Section 1502 compliance - Proven track record of successfully managing a team with highly measurable goals and outcomes - Knowledge of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) due diligence guidance and other related frameworks - Knowledge of and practical experience with supply chain analytics and mapping - Ability to execute detailed processes and procedures to complete tasks involving data collection and task management - Expertise in the advanced application of FileMaker and Tableau to supply chain data and analytics

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain and/or responsible sourcing
