We are the Audio Project Management team, made up of Engineering Project Managers (EPM) and Engineering Project Specialists (EPS) within the Product Design organization. Through passion and dedication our goal is to deliver extraordinary new Audio Products and customer experiences. The critical EPM and EPS partnership enables our product development to remain on track through organization and tracking of information as well as creative problem solving. As an EPS, your primary focus will be on creating the Bill of Materials, supporting material readiness for development builds, invoice tracking and processing ECOs in support of build activities.   • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a large cross-functional team Experience managing, organizing and maintaining large quantities of data Critical thinking with detailed accuracy
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to react to re-sets and changes in a time sensitive environment
  • Combination of organizational and detail-oriented skills when working on multiple projects
  • Experience monitoring material requirements to support builds
  • Experience working with overseas vendors preferred
  • Ability to influence, effectively communicate and drive deadlines with vendors (either CM or part vendors) Proficient in MS Excel, Agile and SAP
  • Understand configuration management
  • Understanding of complex BOMs (preferably for hardware products)

Description

- Structure complex BOMs for development builds and production release - Create, manage and process Engineering Change Orders - Partner with Contract Manufacturer teams to track Material Readiness and resolve material delay issues to support build readiness - Communicate Material Readiness to Cross-Functional and Management teams - Purchase Request Initiation and Purchase Order invoice reconciliations, including Goods Receipts - Development Hardware Allocation and tracking management - Manage Apple Security product requirements - Manage logistics and oversee shipment notifications - Work on multiple spreadsheets and projects simultaneously - Overseas travel required to support builds and CM build readiness

Education & Experience

- BA/BS degree or 3+ years of industry experience
