This person will be responsible for optimizing strategy and execution across one of Apple’s key markets. Successful candidates will be strong and practical problem-solvers with executional experience in a strategy and sales planning role. Success in the role requires an ability to work effectively and efficiently across multiple geographies and organizations including sales, finance, product marketing, marketing, engineering, legal, operations, and other key stakeholders.

Description

You will: •Develop, manage, and track progress against 3-5 year growth plan for Apple’s overall education business (working across geographies and functions): product/ software/ service needs, GTM model, marketing/ PR activities, resource levels, pricing and financial offers/ models, etc.) •Define and implement growth-maximizing approaches to market (GTM), acting as thought partner/ catalyst to geo sales leaders (e.g., coverage models, territory mapping, channel use, incentives) •Define key metrics, reports, processes, and governance model to allow management of worldwide results and ensure effective communication with and alignment of stakeholders •Provide feedback on product/features beyond IT/ deployment (e.g., including assessment, content, other aspects of full solution) and on messaging/marketing needs •Identify and disseminate global best practices •Own Apple-wide education competitive/ market/ customer intelligence (working with existing finance and product marketing analysts) - specify what should be tracked and why, define implications, track resulting actions •Support roll-out, management, and extraction of maximum value from current and future WW initiatives •Identify and support capture of large business development opportunities
