Within this organization, the mission of the Human Annotation Program is to build a scalable, transparent and measurable process to manage the human annotated assets development process with the overarching goal of improving Siri quality. We are looking for an outstanding business leader who loves to collaborate, follows a structured approach to problem solving with a passion to measure investment returns. You will design, develop and maintain an efficient process to support Siri annotation program while maintaining the highest degree of data accuracy and reporting transparency. As a part of this group, you will work with a high-performing and fast paced team and participate in the development of some of the most valuable products & features that delight our customers.

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience as Product or Program Manager or Business Operations or Finance leader or similar role
  • Experience working across large numbers of partners from multi-functional groups to gather business requirements, build consensus and drive prioritization
  • Proven capability in leading and executing large complex projects
  • Experience with building reports to visualize program progress, priorities, timelines, with risks & mitigation for various leadership levels (Executives, Engineering teams, Operations, Finance)
  • Proven capability to set project direction, establish operating procedures and drive efficient outcomes
  • Experience with program planning, budgeting and spend management
  • Ambitious and proactive with demonstrated process optimization capabilities
  • Experience in setting up training/evangelization and recommending standard methodologies for process efficiency
  • Great attention to detail and organized
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization
  • Expertise in financial modeling / data analytics using tools like Excel
  • Experience working with engineering teams, especially with machine learning based products
  • Experience with Human Annotation efforts or working with ML projects involving Human Annotation data assets
  • Experience in financial reporting & accounting guidelines or as an Analytics leader driving insights


RESPONSIBILITIES: - Process owner for Human Annotation Annual budget preparation - partner with Siri leadership team to understand priorities, features roadmap and prepare Plan materials for executive review - Establish a process to work closely with Siri engineering teams to manage changes to project requirements - Partner with Annotation Operations team to prepare forecast and spend reports for management update - Establish a process for budget allocation, budget management, and forecast preparation - Lead program reporting that covers financial and project spend reports for Finance - Prepare executive reports that summarize the ongoing program status and highlights risks for Siri leadership - Partner with Engineering & Analytics teams to develop measurements for Human Annotation investment impact - Collaborate with teams (Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Finance) to set best practices for Human Annotation - Manage Human Annotation privacy compliance requirements by partnering with cross-functional teams

Education & Experience

BA/BS, MA/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Science, or related fields/experiences Preferred: Masters in Business Administration
