The Global Benefits team is looking for a Sr. Benefits Program Effectiveness Lead to inspire program management, change management, and communication for global benefits programs. Location: Based in Santa Clara, CA or Austin, TX

Key Qualifications

  • You will have a proven track record successfully leading large global programs, including relevant experience performing program management, audience analysis, change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication, and measurement of program effectiveness in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, teamwork, and presentation skills to effectively interact with employees and business leaders at all levels
  • Ability to create and execute plans in ambiguous settings
  • Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
  • Experience in managing complex global projects
  • Effectively inspire change laterally across regions and organizations using influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Great ability to work independently and complete multiple tasks under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional functions internally and vendors/suppliers externally
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust
  • 15+ years of project and relevant experience

Description

Employee experience is at the forefront of what we do on the Global Benefits team. In this role, you will manage different benefits projects by partnering with stakeholders like Finance, InfoSec, Legal, and Communication. You will improve the benefits programs by looking for patterns, offering standard metrics and implementing change to ensure coordination and effectiveness. Additional responsibilities include: * Bring your experience with program effectiveness tools and techniques and adapt them to what will work best for Apple * Analyze utilization and feedback of existing programs to understand existing effectiveness and to recommend adjustments in programs or procedures * Partner with Benefits Program owners to set clear goals and KPIs * Responsible for entire project lifecycle including business requirement, UAT planning/execution, training, communication, and change management * Align with project team members and cross-functional partners to promote stakeholder engagement and adoption of process and solutions * Establish project specific readiness goals, success criteria, and on-going metrics * Rapidly understand ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ process maps and deliver robust impact analysis * Implement change networks to build project awareness and promote business expertise and ownership * Partner with Communication team to deliver global content * Partner with external vendors to develop Apple specific solutions * Effectively and consistently communicate overall program status

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree is required. PMI/PMP certification is a plus
