Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience working closely with GPU hardware architecture, design, or micro-architecture
  • Experience with texture mapping algorithms and image processing hardware and algorithms is required
  • A deep understanding of modern Graphics APIs, for example, Metal/D3D/Vulcan is required
  • Excellent software development skills are highly desirable, C++, scripting languages


The Platform Architecture Graphics group is looking for a talented Graphics Architect with a strong background in texture mapping and image processing. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: - As part of the team, a successful candidate will drive the evolution of our world class graphics hardware technology - You will be responsible for GPU features and architecture related to texture mapping and image processing functionality - Contribute to development of modeling tools and infrastructure necessary to do exploratory design and performance studies - Drive development of new graphics techniques to improve user experiences across a wide range of products and applications

Education & Experience

- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
