This position will provide support for the Kids Production Executive within the Production Department here at Apple TV+. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and detail focused team member with a friendly work style. Must be exceptionally well-organized, able to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and take initiative.

Key Qualifications

  • 4 year of production experience preferably in children’s production
  • Experience assisting an entertainment executive by maintaining contacts, and being the hub of interdepartmental collaboration as well as taking on some production manager responsibilities
  • Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, and time sensitive environment
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure
  • Must possess a “can-do” attitude for all situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Demonstrates a proactive ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react efficiently with independent/sound judgment
  • You need a passion for Production and for learning new things, continuous improvement and sharing best practices
  • Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity and within the guidelines of what is directed

Ability to work with Creative, Finance, Legal and Post-Production departments as well as outside producing partners to set up a global production plan, master schedule, workflow and maximization of budget spend Maintain production policies and procedures on all projects with the ability to adapt to new processes when required. Quickly develop an understanding of the teams operations, culture, policies and procedures Consistent and collaborative interactions with top Executive Admins and Executives within Apple Inc. Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information Strategic thinking needed, able to understand the business and see the “big picture” Ability to excel working with complex and different personalities diplomatically Proactively manage team support, ranging from printer management, supplies, facilities and more Proficient in eApproval and complete expense reports Assist in ordering equipment for department Experience with on-boarding new employees Efficient in Apple programs, especially iCal, Keynote, Numbers, Pages along with additional knowledge of Excel Contribute a fun and creative approach to team activities and morale

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree preferred
