Our team elevates and impacts experiences for Apple's Retail Teams and our Customers. The successful candidate will join our passionate team dedicated to this work. You will be responsible for working collaboratively within Apple Retail as a lead for Store Operations metrics, goals, analysis, reporting, and data strategy.

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of operations project management experience
  • An in-depth understanding of Apple Retail’s strategy and operations
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to transition analysis into actionable projects
  • Knowledge of Mac OS, iOS, productivity applications, and project planning tools
  • Proficient in Tableau and Microsoft Excel
  • A dynamic, intelligent, and passionate individual with a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Able to develop strong relationships quickly. A trusted partner that others enjoy working with
  • A self-starter who possesses outstanding time management skills

Simplify current reporting to increase use and effectiveness across all areas of Store Operations (Ownership, Genius Bar, Today at Apple, Backstage, Resource Planning) Create a data dictionary comprised of all operations metrics with change control process Build and deliver analyses on a weekly basis to influence strategy and execution Partner with Retail Analytics team to methodically answer key questions with data resulting in strategies to improve the business Communicate comprehensive updates to Retail leadership on trends, actions, and outcomes Deliver feedback to Field (Field Leaders, Market Leaders, Store Leaders) on trends and outliers Partner with the Program Managers and Field Leaders to plan next steps and actions to improve key focus areas Analyze current processes and procedures to continually seek new efficiencies Lead various strategic projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams Store visits to capture insights and drive actions Other responsibilities as assigned

Education & Experience

BA/BS or equivalent experience, MBA a plus
