If so, then join the team that identifies, engages, and educates global diverse talent on what Apple has to offer. We’re seeking Sourcers to join the new Diversity Sourcing Team. In this role you will have the opportunity to partner closely with specific LOBs and the Recruiters that partner with them. As part of the larger People organization, Recruiting directly influences Apple's culture by being ambassadors of Apple.

  • A passion for understanding and engaging diverse talent
  • Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing strategies & methods to identify and engage and develop diverse talent
  • Partner with and influence business teams and Recruiters embrace and execute on their diversity initiatives
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by educating candidates on Apple’s culture and long term opportunities
  • Reporting and analyzing data on recruitment
  • Excellent communicator, interact credibly on the telephone and in-person with people from all levels of an organization
  • Highly organized, detailed, focused and able to prioritize and drive efficiencies
  • You are someone who positively and actively builds cross-functional relationships


As a Diversity Sourcer at Apple, your main goal is to identify, assess, engage, educate and bring top diverse talent to Apple. You will be responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, and guiding/educating candidates.

  • Have experience in diversity sourcing and are able to find and create a pipeline of diverse candidates
  • You display and energize a sense of urgency and priority within teams
  • Be viewed as approachable, candid, inventive, knowledgeable, helpful, and engaged
  • A high level of curiosity and emotional intelligence is essential
  • Drive hiring processes that produce high quality outcomes
