This position is located in Cupertino, California and is part of the Senior Leadership team for Apple US. Reporting to the US consumer business lead this position has responsibility for our field sales teams at carriers and retailers nationwide as well as all training and store related people programs including associated tools. Our goal is to maximize customer experience and business opportunity with our key channel partners leveraging both our and their sales teams.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of large organization consumer channel sales management experience with multiple levels of reporting into the positions
  • Experience in scaling consumer channel sales coverage models , diverse and high performing sales teams , training programs, and sales programs that exponentially increase ability to deliver results
  • Experience in building strong relationships with large channel partners at regional and store front level
  • Hands-on management experience; capable of staffing, managing, mentoring and driving a highly motivated, diverse , inclusive and productive sales organization


The incumbent is required to take a senior management role and apply innovative critical thinking skills to ensure proactive inclusive leadership and direction in the area of sales coverage and growth, team leadership, management and performance. He/she will lead a team of sales managers and program/operational professionals to superior quarterly and annual performance through the deployment of key initiatives, sales programs, training, tools and the development of tactical sales plans. This position includes the management of a large sales team located across the US, calling on key partner sales and operational management as well as deploying within key retailer and carrier storefronts. In conjunction with sales management, he/she will also be responsible for personally developing critical relationships within the retailer and carrier head and regional office structure.

Education & Experience

BS/BA preferred
